Hopefully they'll fit on the dry side of my mp40!
Looking to do the same thing. Did it work? Thanks, ordered!
Do you know if will work the other way. I’m just looking to see if the dmp wet side will work with the ecotech dry side. I want an extra one so I can swap it out when it needs a cleaning.I had an extra MP40 wetside and tried it on my DMP30 and wow, it puts out way more flow! It feels like I’m getting the same flow at 30% as my other MP40 running at 60%. Personally, I hate the Jecod wetside with the suction cups because it’s a pain to take apart for cleaning

Got it, hopefully someone will chime inI can comment on the MP40 dryside with DMP40 wetside....works perfectly.
The wetsides are fully interchangeable between one another a similar size to my knowledge (IE dmp40 on mp40 and vice versa)Got it, hopefully someone will chime in
Hello! Just a bit of information to share regarding the wet sides of the DMP (in my case - 40M). I purchased 2 one year ago. They have run flawlessly! I purchased a third wet side that I use to swap out every couple of months when cleaning the wet sides with a citric acid bath. When I purchased an anemone screen, it came with a small tool to make it easier to open the wet side and clean around the magnet. Honestly, the tool helps, but not a lot, so I haven't used it for a long time. Today I managed to use the tool and open my 3 wet sides. TWO of the magnet cases have cracked and one was starting to rust! You can't see this unless you open the impeller/magnet case. Just FYI. I have really liked these pumps, but this is concerning.

It looks like you might have a crack too. Yours disassembled a bit differently than mine.Well that's a bit disconcerting! I didn't even know you could open them up to expose the magnet. In closely looking at your two pictures and at my DMP40, I was able to open it with a screwdriver. Now I know where my mini brittle stars hang out (and baby bristles)!
And the bad news is that I think I see the beginnings of a crack....on the right side.
The one thing I noticed, in comparison to your picture, is that mine has what appears to be the ceramic shaft passing all the way through the magnet with what I'm guessing is a graphite bearing. I'm terrible with time, but I'm guessing this one is about ten months old.
I've heard that Ecotech's modern wet-side panels last for several years, is that right?Well that didn't last long.....one of my DMP40 is toast.....I'm going to guess 10 months. The reason mine above is showing the ceramic shaft in the lower part of the magnet is that it is frozen in the magnet. I had to disassemble my other DMP to see that the ceramic shaft easily slides out of the magnet and impeller. I can only guess that the magnet has swollen around the shaft. I'm going to try PB Blaster to see if I can free it up.
I was hoping to find an inexpensive wetside to my MP's because I was getting sick and tired of spending a hundred bucks replacing the wetsides so frequently. Now I'm going to have to scratch my head and consider going to wired powerheads.
