This is a thread to document the growth of my frag of JF Tiger Lily. It had a few stunts in growth,due to alk spike(3-5),and being burned by leds....

But recently,it is starting grow fairly fast!

10/12/10 First Day

Switched Tanks,to a Reef Evo. LED Pendant(120w)

Switched lighting to 4 bulb TEK Elite

nice shots. I saw your picture on the chalice show off thread and would have never guessed it was a jf tiger lily. what lighting are you currently running (bulbs).

do you run mh or t5's over your sps I have a 6 bulb t5 I'm getting ready to put on a 20l and wasn't sure how sps and lps would do under them.

Yea it is just developing the blue between the eye and the red rim now,and the white stripes are coming in!

It is under the 4bulb tek elite currently and I have sps in that tank aswell. I have acroporas and montiporas encrusting and holding their color in the tank.
Combo is:

Aquablue Special
Blue+
Purple+
Aquablue Special

A daylight combo,I like it a little more blue personally. Might get some reefbrites soonish:xd:

The 4 bulb fixture is over my 48-13-16 tank,so im sure 4 bulbs would do fine over a 20L,but it is more of your preferance. The 6bulb fixture would have been to wide for my tank,the 4 bulb covers it perfectly.

The tank was un-stable when it was sump and skimmer less. Now with the 20gal as a sump and the BM NAC7 running hard,the parameters are ALOT more stable.
