Not for now. I like that softies and lps are simple and I don't need an expensive light or filter, etc. Right now everything is happy and I just have floss and some ceramic bioballs for a filter and $150 worth of lighting.

Got two nice rbta from a local reefer. However, one is hiding upside down, no clue why. Perhaps it was injured when it was removed from the rockwork?

My ac just broke. Luckily here is around 65 at night and under 80 day.
Just right for me. Here's something funny about Floridians and cold weather - years ago my landlord was concerned that some pipes would freeze because it was going down to 40 degrees that night.

The two Sinularia have grown too large and are blocking the light from getting to some other corals, so I have decided to begin slowly fragging them. I just finished the first one. The cable tie may turn out to be the wrong way to do it, but it is by far the easiest option. Hopefully, the coral will grow onto the plug and I will cut the cable tie off.

It's less than 24 hours later and it is already starting to grow down from the cut. All of the polyps are open too. I thought the huge hole from the cable tie might be an issue, but I guess I was wrong. It's amazing what corals can go through and survive.
