Cyano every where in my sump and I'm wondering if I allow it to grow there freely, to avoid it in the Dt, will that have any negative effects on my corals? Thanks for any input

No it should not affect the corals. You might need more flow in the sump though. Cyano will kill Chaeto, so that would be a concern.

Corals look fabulous.

  1. I have three shelties and no dog hair (shelties look like collies but a bit smaller)
(Can't get the 1 to go away sorry not sure how that happened)

I brush the snot out of them though.

Nice setup thanks for sharing!

Phosphate been creeping so I added aquavitro phosfiltrum to the reactor hopefully this helps I can't really cut back on feedings. Also did my bi monthly cleaning pumps hoses ect and emptied the fuge of everything but a ball of cheato taking a page out of @d2mini, book and trying out the tumbling ball o' cheato. The frag tank has turned into more of a mongrove slash coral recovery tank so I have plenty of sand and rock to cover the bare fuge

How did I miss that Blasto, I have never seen one with such long lashes. That is awesome.
