This is my 55 Gal junk yard dog, i found this tank on the curb going to the trash. 3 years now and the only thing i can say is I can not keep Nitrate and phosphate up.

The tank has a custom sump (my own)
t5 lighting

this is my first attempt at a salt water tank.

Well this is just an update on the junk yard Dog, this tank has been running for 5 years and have not done a water change in 2 years now. I do clean the sand bed and clean the glass that's it. perimeters are on spot and fish and coral are doing great.
