If I was as good looking as you I might have been able to go that route but I don’t glow in dark
Thank you for checking out my build theead! I am using Neptune systems auto top off.Nice setup, seems you have stocked it well with equipment. I would also recommend tunze osmo for ato. Had that tank also and sump that comes with it and ato don’t help
Good morning good Rich. Have a good day too. It is a cold one this morning. Cold morning makes me want to hug the warm tankGood morning Don.. hope you have a better day today my friend.
Good morning Don! I am going to try and move the anemone today. As if it will do what I want it to do, LOL!Good morning good Rich. Have a good day too. It is a cold one this morning. Cold morning makes me want to hug the warm tank

Have a great day Ray and keep warm. I’ll have to start anemones trafficking. I. Will have to get in touch with the Clintons as they would be able to move the quantity I have.Dons Anemones are all free range organic! LOVIN IT
Have a better day
Good catch !5 weeks ago I switched from friz salt to Tropic Marin Pro. I was surprised doing 10% water changes I didn’t see my Alk, Ca, Mag going down even tho it has lower parameters on Trident. Then I noticed a spike up after the weekends water change.
Mag blue Ca orange
Figures good time to test new batch of mixed TMP for parameters 35.0ppt 7.7 Alk and found Ca and Mag to be so high I couldn’t get the color change. Took sample to different LFS I go to to have them test it. They got the same results. Walking around the store thinking what could be wrong I haven’t herd of bad salt batches recently. Before I leave I ask them to check salinity and he says 1.028. I said impossible it was checked 10 times with my Hanna and it reads .01 off.3 more test and calibrations he says nope 1.028.
Puzzled be cause mine reads test solution ok and matches 2 other units.
mixed one more batch of salt this time to .33ppt
AlK 7.0
Ca 440-459
Mag 1350
That is with in spec of TMP specs.
I’m lazy and would have never checked Ca and Mag until it was to late. Glad I had the trident.
Probably be perfect for you being away from the tank. It’s nice to have it monitor, send alarm if out of range and control dose.Good catch !
Trident is also in my shopping list.
Thanks for the kind words and stopping by. I love all size tanks as they all have a special uniqueness to them.Hi Crabby48. Thanks for stopping by build thread. Your tank is beautiful. Wishing I had started larger, but have to get the wife addicted first
Was a pleasure making the trip from NYC before heading north... not gonna plaster useless banter on your BT, BUT.. ... your reef is simply outstanding Don. Thanks so much for letting us burn cheese in the oven and smoke out the kitchen! Haha.

Cheers Don. And thanks again. Was well worth the trip out before heading home. Logged 475ish miles in 2 days, and I'd do it all over again.
Headed to bed. 430am alarm set.. cheers
Thanks for the words, but I assure you, its Don's Tank, and his attention to detail. It's a fantastic reef.Wow!!! I don’t know if it’s the pictures that make the tank or the tank that makes the pictures. I think it’s a whole lot of both. @Crabby48 / @RichtheReefer21 amazing work guys.
I thinks it’s little of both but Rich did a fantastic job with the pictures. The pictures do a great job capturing the beautiful life inside the tank.Wow!!! Thanks little buddy. Looking at your pictures is like swimming in the tank looking at the fish and coral. Thanks for the words, but I assure you, its Don's Tank, and his attention to detail. It's a fantastic reef.

Beautiful Don. Love the Radiant.Been very busy to keep up on everyone’s build thread. Today I got to visit a few threads and figured I’ll update mine before going to bed.
Stopped at local LFS hoping to find a couple fish that is not aggressive but can hold is own with all the others that are not the nicest fish in my tank.
Decided to try a Radiant wrasse and the choice seems like it may work. Lineatus and pintail have been very patient with the new guy in their chill spot but give a friendly warning that radiant is over staying his welcome.
Here is some crappy pictures until new guy settles in and I’m not stressing him with the camera
few pictures of the wrasse actually getting along
Love how both clown swam out from under the anemone to see what is going on
Few of the Goni. I need a couple more Goni in different colors. Love this coral
Taking under blues right before lights out
Few taking under photo period with aquarium cam app
photo period no filter
