I have a 150G reef started 4 mos. ago. Coming along nicely. So nicely that I set up a 20G nano in my office! I'm hooked.
Welcome to R2R!!! Let's see some pictures!

You can look around online for overflow boxes and buy one. Then find out what size bulkhead it has and what size hole it will require. Buy the right sized whole saw and place plumbers putty in a little levee shape around where you want to drill. Fill that with water and start drilling with light, steady pressure. Also put tape over where the whole will be on the inside of the tank so that when your almost through, you don't chip the edges. It sounds intimidating, but it's not that bad. Good luck!

Welcome To R2R, nice setup

@George_86 welcome also. What you should try is starting another thread and ask your question and you will get a much better response :)

Yeah, that would be the best idea. Honestly, I didn't pay attention and thought it was the OP that was asking the question. By the time I saw what I had done, I just thought, heck with it. Sorry about that Carl. Good luck to you George.
