Welcome to R2R, looks like diatoms to me. Like the rock work and a nice set of clowns in there.
Your tank looks great. Diatoms are the fun part of starting a tank. ;Yuck You wake up every morning, look at the brownish film on the glass, etc and start wiping it off. It does start to get better over time. I promise. Welcome to R2R! You will love it here.
