Kamoer x1 pro wifi

Can anyone help out with this. I have tried switching my wifi to 2.4ghz I have tried old phones around the house, even tablets. I havnt had this much trouble before.

Maybe a support team of your choice can help, wifi provider or app developer to whatever this is. I hope you can solve this. BUMP
