Hey everyone , my main 40 gallon tank crashed over the weekend due to faulty equipment and I had to setup an emergency tank in order to save some inhabitants.

I set up this fluval evo with live rock, cultivated bacteria, live sand, and bio balls from my old tank. In order to get up and running as fast as possible.

The Kenya tree went through a rough transition since I didn’t have time to acclimate as I needed to get it out of the old tank ASAP.

I’m just looking for guidance on how to give it the best chance to pull through as it quickly changed tanks/paremeters. I don’t want to stress it out further so I’m looking for the best action to take to get it back on track after the stress of last night.

All paremeters are at 0 since the tank is so new.

Salinity is at 1.025

2 clowns are also in the tank

They are super hardy. Does it have the same amount of flow in the new tank? If not, you may want to try increasing that if it doesn’t perk up in a day or two, but like said above, it may just need some time.

If the lighting is about the same as it had before, that probably isn’t causing any issues

Flow is probably about the same, everything on the evo is stock as of now .

Pump and lights.
