Hello reefers,

i have decided to re try my Kessil 350W Tuna blue over the tank. I’ve found that one knob strictly controls blue coloring, the other control white coloring. I have the light sitting approximately 8 inches above my tank. I have a mixed reef tank, and have everything besides SPS. I was thinking of starting to run the blue at 35-40 percent, and making my way up to 75%. I was going to keep the whites at 0. Do you think this will be enough par to grow my corals? My tank is approximately 18 inches deep

Rent a par meter. Blue grows coral. Add enough white that you don't get a headache looking at the tank

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
