Hello together. I hope you can help me.

My Problem is: I have two Kessil A360x (used)
With the other guy they worked and now one of them switch the light to Full blue when the Color is 80% and i turn up Intesity to 80%and more.
If i lower the Colour grade to lets say 60 % i can power up the intesity to 100% without Problems. I tried to switch DC intputs and K links even when i run it without K link and only witrh the onboard Knobs. The Second light has it too but only sometime and only at 99% intesity.

It seems like the light just switch to blue to prodect itself, but the light are clean and the Fan runs smooth .
Can you help?
Sorry for English im Swiss

Are you using the same DC power supply ?

Is the light overheating ?

Have you performed a Firmware update ?

Reset the lights:
-Unplug
-Hold Intensity and Color Knobs simultaneously
-While holding the knobs, plug the light back in.
-Release the knobs after 5 seconds.

I’d try blowing them out with air using a compressor nozzle. Get the light fan to spin good. Sometimes they act up when they get dusty inside. That may or may not fix it, but worth a try imo.

Hi yes and i even changed de DC Power.
No the Light are normal Temp. the Fan is runnig altime and it sounds smooth i even cleaned them.
Is it even Possible to Update a 360x.
And i cant reset because Knobs are the wrong word its more like a rotary controller.

There should be 2 rotary controllers or "knobs" as we call them in the states. I have never heard of holding the knobs in a stationary position to reset a kessil as @SomeHappyFish says. If you are not using a spectral controller or wifi dongle then the knobs are your means of intensity and color control and are at that point analog so no reset option other than unplugging. If you were using the dongle or controller then that could need a rest, but you are not. Both sets of knobs can be used to control the pair so if they are not in alignment the pair could use reference from either input, but the last light set in the pair should be the master control. Kessils "logic" may override what you are trying to do to get the correct lighting spectrum to your corals also. I had some color differences in a set of 3 a160 tuna suns that was fixed by getting a spectral controller. When the controller is plugged in it overrides the knobs making all the linked lights follow the input from it. Running them at greater than 90% intensity could also be a thermal regulation issue for the unit its possible the fan just cant keep up.

Edit Kessil told me to turn the first 2 lights to 0 and the third to control them. I still had color differences which is why I got the spectral controller. That fixed my issues.
