Kessil AP700 settings?

I just got a AP700. I have a four foot tank by two foot. 16 inches deep. What settings do I set the lights at? Before I had ocean revive and I have blues white and then off. So I figured blue was evening whites was day and off mean go to bed lol. Can someone give me suggestions please

I use the light on a 36" tank, and mounted it 9" above the water. You'll want to go higher, as you want the spread to be 48". I run a 12 hour program that is separated into 3 hour sections.
11:00 Ramp up using the deepest Blue setting to 35%
2:00pm Ramp up to 50% on the second Blue setting.
5:00pm Ramp down to 35% on the second Blue setting.
8:00 to 11:00 Ramp down to 0% on the Bluest setting.
I like the look, coloration and growth that I have with this program, and my PAR was 150 on the sandbed. I used the Red and Green tweaking of the colors sparingly. Depending on how high you mount your light, your % values might be higher. I used an iphone for communication with the Kessil WiFi. For some reason, my iPad Pro did not work as well.
