Hello all, I have a A500X that im having issues with, im needing to make a claim to have it coverd under warrenty, its over heating and shutting down, i can unplug t and itll come back on sometimes for a couple of days, sometime only for an hour. I do blow the dust out of my lights regularly so i dont feel that thats the issue especially since my other A500X and AP9X doesnt have issues. How are they to deal with when it comes to issues like this? Anyone here got experiance with them?

Ive dealt with kessil warranty before and can say nothing but good things about them. They're quick to respond and get your issue resolved quickly in my experience. Had an A360WE that the blue LEDs were failing in. Emailed support, heard back same day, and a new light was shipped out. Sent the old one back and never had an issue again

Email them with the serial number and receipt. Usually its a 2 year warranty with registration (based on receipt) and if you don't have it then they will base it off the serial number.
Been painless and straightforward in the few times I've needed them.

I sent them an email, they made some cleaning suggestions, I performed them and changed out my K link cable and it seems to be working as it should be now. so at this time its a waiting game to see if it continues to work.

If it’s under warranty, Kessil service is second to none. I had an issue with a new a500x — it worked well but didn’t follow the program on the app and would put out more white than it was supposed to. After some quick email troubleshooting couldn’t resolve it, they sent me a replacement. What’s really nice about their RMA process is they’ll send you the replacement before you send back the defective unit so, if your light is working but defective you don’t have to find a replacement to keep your tank lit during shipping time. That’s a unique level of service as far as I can see.

I haven’t dealt with them on out of warranty products but imagine they’d be helpful and easy to deal with. They’re based in California and it seems to me, based on time of responses and clear communications, that their customer service is in-house and domestic.

I have had a great experience the couple of times I have used them for in-warranty replacements.
