Welcome to R2R! Sounds like you’ve been having a rough go of it. As people have said, nothing good happens fast in a reef tank. What are your parameters looking like?
umm ammonia, nitrite both zero nitrates about 10 ph 8.1 and calcium 320

hi everyone thanks for the welcomes, can someone tell me if this is anything to worry about on my live rock just seen it and wasnt there before

That looks like a cucumber. They are generally reef safe and considered to be a good part of a cleanup crew.

a sea cucumber? oh that would be cool, my young daughter used to pick them up and put them back in the water at low tide in the cook islands, i told her you dont need to then wont die, the woman at sea life told me they prob would have :O
