noticed my kung pao monti is just plain dark as far as placement i have him high im using g5 pro have them at 50% using ab+ p modified program took out the whites red and greens not a fan of white in my tank these are my parameters

salinity 1.024
phosphate 0.05
nitrate 3.5
alk 7.9
calcium 460
mag 1450
ph 8.05
 
It may just be a stress response depending in when you picked it up.

When in doubt though, lower light is better than higher. I grow them in both 75 Par and 250 par. But they need to adjust when they're moved.
 
Had it for awhile just lowered it to the bottom will post pics maybe you can tell me if it’s a goner or it has a chance
