I have this new laffy taffy goniopora, and I just wanted to know what’s up with those longer tentacles that it has stretched out??

They'll do that every now and again - just for kicks (I have no idea why mine do it either).
You know what’s that called? Lol you think it means they are happy?

Not the clearest pic-is that possibly Bernadopora instead of Goniopora? Those sweepers (long tentacles) have a decent sting and can kill softies, some LPS including true Goniopora, etc. Might want to make sure they are not reaching anything else. My Bernadopora can make 6 inch sweepers when it feels like it.

I have a hammer and a goni sitting next to either other happily coexisting! In my other tank I have a goni next to another hammer and next to the hammer is a duncan. All is good and I am stumped how this can happen! They are actually touching each other too! I only have a 36 gallon and a 20 so don have much room and so far working out great!

I am going to add a pic later but cant find my phone LOL
