Today saw that Legendary Corals is selling a pink polyp yellow stem stereonephthya! I've been looking around for a yellow/orange one. Has anyone purchased this and had success? Is it easy to care for? Pics welcome too!

Best place to find this corals is in the LFS, most retailers can’t tell the difference between them and just label it as carnation coral.

If you take care of it right, you'll have a big colony eventually. They do like a lot of flow, from what I hear

Yep it seems to be extended and fluffy right now so I hope it stays strong and gets big!

HA! I laughed when I first saw how tiny it was. Glad it’s looking healthy!

Mine came in from LC also. Its about 1.25" and I'm fine with that size. Hopefully it will grow. Not much going on yet color-wise

Ya I hate it when that happens, wish you could flag the important stuff and then if that isn't in stock the rest of the junk you used to get free shipping doesn't ship.

Mines doing very well, still incredibly small, smaller than I expected but it seems to be pretty happy.

Mine is doing fine. The colors are looking good now- its a nice piece. Worth it, imo.
