Leaf Scorpionfish Molting Question

Hi everyone, I'm new to reef2reef! I'm also new to Saltwater fishkeeping in general. I do have a 36 gal freshwater planted tank, so I'm not so new to fishkeeping, just inexperienced in the saltwater side.

Background:
Went to my LFS this weekend and saw an amazing nano reef tank. It was part of a competition between two of the workers and basically was a battle of "which scape looked the best." Upon closer inspection, in one of the tanks sat a leaf scorpionfish. I've always loved the stone/scorpionfish family, needless to say, I fell in love. So later on that day, I bought the tank ([200$] https://www.pnw-custom.com/product-page/mini-reef-ready-tank) and the fish ([40$]now named Rocky). Rocky is the only fish in the nano reef minus some small snails and a hermit crab. Before buying in what I found while looking up the species is that they molt 1-2 times a month.

I was told that Rocky has been trained on frozen foods and he seems to do fine in the tank. It's really cool watching him traverse around the tank.

Finally, I googled to the best of my ability, but I cannot seem to find what the signs are that a molt may be coming. With this being a Nano reef, I am worried about making sure water parameters are stable; so I know that getting the molt out as soon as possible would be ideal. Additionally, are there any other things I should know about Rocky that aren't easily found online with a google search?

How small is he?! The tank size is 0.3g? Its hard to imagine lol. They molt whenever algae grows on their skin, the 'molt' is similar to leather corals shedding. They just do a quick shake and their old skin comes off, they might need some flow to get it off easier
