led aquarium light or not

they are saying that led aquarium lgiht will benefit u a lot ,so i want to buy a one ,but the price is kind of high,Does anybody of you has the experience of using led aquarium light ,and how do u like it ,and must i need a aquarium lights if i want my fish keep in good condition??
