LED failure

Hi Everyone, any LED experts here that could see a possible fix to this?
Its the lights from the reefsmart picopro. They dimmed considerably and I tried changed the adapter, used them without the dimmer but still the same.
I cracked it open and this is what I have.
About half the leds are working but quite dim, some of them flashing and the rest are just off :(

Looks like just many burned out LEDs, which will need to be replaced for the light to work again.

There’s one diode with a tiny brown line on it, but all the others look perfect. The screw in the middle was rusted so obviously some moisture got in there.
I poured a bag of rice in there and crossed my fingers.
Is there anything I can do to make the working diodes brighter, without replacing the others?

Out of curiosity what is the " output" on the wall wart?

Just because a diode looks ok, it doesn't mean that it in fact works correctly. You'll need to test them individually to find out which ones burned out. Here's an example of the process in my repair video for a radion G5:



For the light to work again, bad diodes will have to be replaced. Otherwise, it's a faulty circuit, which is a no go.

Nice video! Unfortunately your soldering skills are 100 times better than mine so I don’t think I can repair it myself :(
