I am about to start piecing together parts for a 60'x18"x24" and am wondering what lighting I should go for and not pay more than three arms and four legs for. I know that everyone has to start somewhere but I was hoping to go straight for the LED. Any suggestions for good LED's on a budget? Thank you in advance!

eBay full spectrum 165watts! No bells and whistles but more light than you can use.

I ran one of these kinds of lights and actually really liked it. This was my tank under one of these

Mars aqua!!
Have a set of these on my 125 and they look great
Still have my old T5's on the tank but the bulbs are like a year old so can't be doing much
The leds are awesome!
Not a huge amount of control, only 2 switches, white then blue and everything else but the corals look good

I went with dsuny reef lights in January 16 on my new 180 gallon build. They are 4 channel fully programmable. No fans so they are absolutely silent. I paid approx $800 for four panels and the controller.

I have a tank the same exact size (120 gallons) and run currently 2 Wellpar 165W LEDs. Right now it's doing really well, all my corals are growing really well! Even my Sunkist Bounce's bubbles have gotten bigger and grown more bubbles! I've been thinking of getting 2 more though to cover more area, but Im contemplating it because everything is already doing so well. As you can see you see how great everything looks, and you can also kind of see how the light spreads as it penetrates the water l.
