Hey what's goin on, does anybody have the ocean revive t247 120watt unit on a 40 breeder or any shallow tank?? Idk if I'm not giving my corals enough light, or too much for the shallowness.? But I'm running them pretty low on intensity.. Can anyone chime in!! Thanks

Sadly few people own a par meter. A lux meter is useful too you can get it close. Know any photographers?
It would help to know the height above the water.
Hopefully you've been googling for other users and their settings. It's a pretty good idea to start low and go up from there.
To take a rough blind guess, how are the corals doing now? If they are pretty happy. Mark it as one.
Turn it up 5% at the end of the week mark it 2 and so on.
From what I read it's not a super expensive ligh so likely not that powerful. Chances even with a meter are at full it's not too much.
Be cautious. Make sure you wait. Some of the corals on the second or third week might get grumpy. The rest happy. Put the grumpy one on the sand and continue. It's likely the coral not the lamp. Get my drift?
Was pretty bummed looking at that light. There were no specs I could find. Maybe I missed it.
Jbj does the same with their light but uses a lot more words.

If you have friends or a club. Borrow a meter. It's a learning curve but you can pm if you like.
You'll have to get to know the corals and thier par or the usual lighting reccomend.
Melevs has yet another great write up and actual walk through with pictures that will help you understand par.

Led light is very deceiving and surprisingly strong. I started at 20% and bump 5% every 4 weeks. I have been running my White @50% and Blue @75% for the last 18 months and all corals are happy and striving
