Been in copper power since 4/27 at 1.75 using Hanna checker. No other treatment besides copper power. Been fine until the past 2-3 days. Still eating, but laying on bottom, breathing heavy, and not even going in the sand (he just did now, but not fully covered).

Did a 50% WC yesterday with 1.75 ppm copper, still acting up.

Any advice?

Wrasses are very prone to worms.... flukes, intestinal worms ect. You may want to do a freshwater dip on her and see if any flukes come off. If she doesn't make it through the dip, then she was a goner anyway as harsh as that sounds. But I wouldn't dose the prazipro without doing the FW dip first since the spasming of the flukes as they die from prazi will do more harm than the FW dip would.

I did a dip. I noticed some things, but not a lot. I've never seen flukes, so I can't be sure.

I have everything on hand to treat, should I add something even though I have copper in the water at 1.75?

I'd say you are probably seeing flukes there (it's a little hard to tell the size from those pictures). You can dose prazipro in conjunction with copper no problem. Just add extra O2 to the water by pointing a small powerhead at the surface of the water or adding an airstone. Watch for cloudy water (bacterial bloom) and do a water change 24 hours after you dose the prazipro since that's all the time it needs to do it's job.
