Tank is dark so can't get a pic. I broke a HoB filter when my clown bit me for the first time. Scared me to death and elbowed it across the room.

It gave me PTSD. My shrimp try climbing all over me when I have my hands in the tank. I'm terrified they're going to bite me.

They were my first fish and still in there. We've come to an understanding since then.

Not a tank story but rather a diving story.

My then gf (now wife) had just gotten her C card so we went down the the Keys for a week of easy diving. I'm an avid UW photographer and was lining up a great shot of a very large green moray. All of a sudden it shot straight out at me. I about swallowed my regulator as it swam right past me, brushing me with it's body on the way. When we got back to the boat, the gf asked me if I got a good picture. Umm, NO, I was busy try to not get eaten by the eel! That's when she told me that she had come up behind it and "nudged" it with her fin so I could get a closer picture. I thnaked her for the "help" and asked her to NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!!
