It very likely will not tolerate other Cirrhilabrus or Paracheilinus, but Halichoeres are generally bold enough that it should be okay.
That's C. solorensis, transitioning to male.My wife got this guy. No idea what he is. In the last week or so his fins have started turning blue. He's ways just been an ugly molted color. He's also hanging out at the bottom more since he starhted changing. He's usually at the top 3rd of my 90.

It's definitely of the Indian Ocean. I'll venture it's from the Maldives due to the red hood being less prominent.
