Lethargic Turbos?

Has anyone ever had their Turbo snails go lethargic while dosing Kent Tech M for bryopsis?
I started dosing about 2 days ago to try to get rid of some satan algae and last night I noticed my turbos moving super slow, like an inch in 10 mins and one or two fell off the rock or glass and weren't trying to right themselves.
Should I move them to another tank till dosing is finished or would they be fine?

Yes, this could be because of your magnesium. Def remove them to another tank.... prolonged levels can kill.
