Hi, I am Lynn and sending greetings from North Carolina: I am originally from Colorado, but I have lived here so long my family thinks I talk funny. I have been a Registered Dietitian for 25years. I am currently disabled with Meniere’s Disease (a disorder of the inner ear) I love to knit socks and doll clothing for my granddaughters baby dolls. I knit with Brown Sheep Company yarns. My uncle, Halen Brown is the founder of the Company. My current project is felted clogs for Christmas presents. I also love orchids and my cats as well as all things Hawaii. I plan to retire to the Big Island. The orchid below is one I planted in my sisters orchid garden in Hawaii.
Many of you already know me but you probably don't know my other hobby's.
Name is Chris and I live in the same town I was born and raised in. My parents have a 160 acre farm and I'll be the 4th generation to have it. We raise beef cattle and pigs, we also do about 6,000 bales of hay a year and sell what we can't use on the farm.
A pic of me and my son the other day when we were going out to feed the cows.
Another one of me and my son on one of our tractors taken this summer. My partner in one of my other hobby's is sitting in there too. His name is Bud and we go duck hunting at least one day a week every week this time of year.
Here is Bud along with my buddy's dog Missy last week, we shot our limits that day.
And an older pic of my family, wife Shellie, stepson Blake 11, daughter Emilie 9, and son Elliott almost 2.
What a great idea, it's great to know a little about some of the names on here!
I'm Kerri, my husband and I do not have any kids so unfortunately no adorable family pictures to share!! We live on a farm and raise thoroughbred horses, cows and honeybees. While that keeps us plenty busy, whenever we get the chance we are on the boat fishing...... and that about covers our lives!
Heres me, my hubby Mitch and our ragdoll Meka ....
My old girl Hoolie - Catahoula.
best recent fishing .....
Most recent win ...
they have no idea i jump the fence in the back get dressed and ride a bike around the block and met all the kids on the block its a good time
Renegade... My wife has this GREAT idea of going to Wyoming next summer and doing a cattle drive. The problem? She has never been on a horse in her life. I see a photo opp coming next summer.....
New to the site, but see some names that have already been of help.
A little about me.
Engineer by day, saltwater freak by night.
First salt water tank - 1986, age of 13. Hobby passed down from my dad
My 8 year old daughter is on her 3rd (freshwater) tank. Her dad said, 'great, she is going to meet some guy in college and he is going to have to put up with 2 - 55 gallon tanks.' I said, 'well, you still married me.'

Thanks. I have 47 more i have to finish turning and get to either a gallery or a show to pay for my new reefing hobby. The boat is NOT for sale. It will belong to my son when we are finished. Everything is hand made, even the paddles.
