Thanks guys, it came out just how I imagined it.. wasn't sure if it's too tall on one side and too low on the other kinda feels unbalanced but I'll probably keep it that way. I'm old school all stacked haven't started bonding any rocks yet.

I always get a kick out of your little firefish goby. Every time you post pics of your giant tank full of reef, he never fails to make an appearance, even in an FTS he can almost always be spotted. [emoji23]

Its true. I have 5 of them. They come out only when there’s food

Rock was cured for 5 months. Last week they were white. It is expected. Lights are temporary while building my canopy.

2019 goals are to repopulate the fish after an outbreak of ich took 90% of my livestock this fall. I’ll be adding a couple more acan varieties, a scolly or two and possibly another variety of Euphyllia.

Not much different from 2018 other than a colony of speckled Kraks I thought was totally gone for a few months has 3 polyps growing! Oh and my Mystery Wrasse has finally graduated to the DT! Definitely one of my all time favorite fish.

180 just upgraded a month ago. Most corals took it well just a couple montis that didn’t take it well.

Sept 2018. Electrical failure secondary to my electrician running four tanks thru ONE gfi to eliminate a bunch of old surge protectors. My fault for not thinking of separating the tanks, not his. Tanks only down three days but near total death. So restarted the tank by water changes every three days, Cleaning the substrate by blowing return hose into it before every water change. Same for rocks until ammonia got to zero. Than moderate relandscape. Keep blowing rocks and substrate. Water changes. Wash a LOT of mesh socks. Numbers good. Here’s to 2019.

Hi i started with a 46 gallon bowl front and when I started doing research on the fish i wanted. Then that 46 turn into a 112 real quick! Lol
