Whats everyone’s method for attaching the tablets to the control board or cabinet door? I have a old Samsung tablet I’m thinking of adding to my cabinet door for my apex, but not sure if heavy duty Velcro will do

Very inspiring thread! Time to start planning my own wire management and controller cabinet/mounting board. I should also probably decide which controller I’m going to go with.....

This is why I use. It’s amazing.

How do you plan to clean your Tunze pumps. You can't take them to a sink............are you going to clean them in a bucket next to the tank?
Yeah that's exactly right. I used them in my other tanks and that's what I did. I have a small container that I rested on top of the tank and cleaned them there.

What do you guys think I’m open to feedback on locations. My return pumps and gyre controller will be placed on the inner left panel.

Oh jeez, sorry I missed this. I don’t use breakout box integrated lights for my set ups. I just use these battery powered LED tap lights from Amazon.

Amazon product ASIN B06XW8MV92
So you tap the lights? I actually integrated some TAP lights as well as the BoB (LED Strip Lights) in both my sump and controller cabinet

Yup, just tap the lights, nice and simple. I already have enough wires everywhere. Didn’t feel like adding more! :)

One dos will be above the sump waterline and the other below, not to mention that same dos will probably be below the additive containers.

Do I have to worry about back siphoning? Or do dos protect against that ?

Heavy duty Velcro will definitely do the job
