Libra or Litermeter for automatic water change

I currently have the Libra DC. I am debating on the following:

1. Use the Libra DC for my dosing and spending the money on a new Litermeter for the automatic water change.... or

2. Use the the Libra DC for the automatic water change and buying the GHL Doser 2 for the dosing... or

3. Any other suggestions.

There should be a poll with this. Any help would be appreciated.
