OK so, the biggest problem I have ran into so far, I have no ****** clue what these words are saying or meaning. I get to the end of 1 article about lighting and move to another and it says something COMPLETELY different. I am buying lights for my 20 gal long but not really sure how to or what to. I'm not willing to spend hundreds on lights right now because i do plan to upgrade to something much much larger hopefully by the summer time. However, my tank needs/and I want a new light right now. Does anyone have a suggestion on lighting that will give me good bang for my buck without taking all my bucks? As of now, I plan to make the 20 I have a sump for my bigger tank ( I have my eye on a 60). Is there a light that will work easily for me now and then again when its working as a sump? I hope this all makes sense. (P.S.- first tank and only been at it for 2 months)

If youre growing coral, i think the best bang for the buck is black box leds from ebay.
Get a dimmable one, and use it on a low setting way abovr your 20g. Then when you upgrade youll still be able to use the same light, and depening how big a tank youre getting, just buy a 2nd, 3rd and 4th as needed lol
