Light hanging kit component help

Hello!

I am putting together a hanging it. Where can I find this part? What is this called? I want the wire to run through it horizontally to connect two ends of the fixture as well as run through it vertically to hold it to the ceiling.
Is it the same part in this kit? I see the vertical suspension holes but I think it’s missing the small horizontal holes to suspend the two sides of the fixture. I need the name so I can find the part! Thanks

The Reef Brite fixtures are not suspended that way, so their kits do not have that hole for the wire like ATI.

Searching ceiling wire suspension attachment you may be able to come up with something.
