Light on while water level lowered?

Is it a porblem to leave my light on while cleaning the tank and lowering the water levels?

My high light sos and psammocora(sp) end up out of water for a few min here or there.

I feel like I need the light to see in the tank... lemme k ow what you do / think.

I have a 15 gallon fluval flex aquarium with a kessil A160WE

No there’s no problem. Why would you think thats a problem ?

I was thinking the light might burn the corals that are out of the water getting direct light.
