What cycles do people set their lights at for mixed reef tanks? Length of moonlight, length of normal lights? What color combo are people setting at?

Depends what light you have to determine what its settings should be.
Brand, Model, wattage, type of light output....if it has a diffuser kit....
Also if your tank has an algae problem or what types of corals you have in your mixed reef, whats visually pleasing to the eye for you.

Lots of variables to determine what you should set your baseline at.
