It needs powerful light to really thrive. Although a smaller light may keep it alive it wouldn't be very colorful nor grow very fast.

I grow mine in Sunlight and with a Kessil A360WE.

From what I’ve learned from the pros and users here, it’s the same balance of nutrients and light.

I’d aim for 75-100 par to start. ESP if you’re running a long (12hr) fuge cycle.
