Greetings of the Day,

my tank size is 36X24X15 i am using kessils a350W on the tank and have LPS dominated tank

the problem i face is lack of colours, the acans and zoas are turning orange and red and are not showing true colours under the light. don't know the reason
regarding the parameters everything is perfect and i target feed all my corals every day and do water change of 20ltrs every alternate day.

so looking at the colours i was planning to upgrade the lights to full spectrum lights. will this be a good option ??
option 1 ) zetlight 6600
option 2 ) orphek atlantic v2

now talking about both the lights
zetlight is bit cheap compared to oprhek and many hobbyist around me are using it and getting good results with it

orphek is new to my area and no1 has ever used it and its expensive....

what do you guys suggest ??

thanks a ton in advance.....

tried editing my original post but was not able to

after reading few posts online on few other forums and talking with local reefers they suggested me to supplement it with other lights to get more colour and spectrum

soo what supplement LEDS ll i need to make it a complete spectrum ? i am new to LED and DIY also soo not sure what to use
can u also guide me how many of each light is required

someone also suggested me to use cree lumia 5.2
can i use it so the whole DIY is eliminated and give me a complete spectrum also ... if yes how many of these lumias and how to place it ??

thanks a ton in advance for the help hopping a quick reply

Optics are a force multiplier and reduce spill and waste. Before considering the Lumina I would find out what optics are available otherwise 1/2 the light will be wasted.

For a tank your size 45-60 Primary Cree XT-E LEDs with quality optcis driven at 700mA will give you about the same PAR as a 400 watt MH

The Cool White and Royal Blue are your primary grow LEDs.

From there you can tweak the looks with some Reds Green Blue and UV
