Lighting Question

Is there any info out there about how to set led lighting (like a black box fixture) without a par meter.
Looking for sample data at different tank depths.

For example I have a 2 foot deep, 6 foot wide 135 gallon. Looking for a rough guide as to what percentages I would set my white and blues to.
