Lighting schedule 16hd prime

I have 2 16hd ai prime lights, 18x18x18 cube. Whats settings do you rec? I'm running the AB+ BRS, I have a torch, frog spawn and a few zoas. Any rec or pics of your tank?

I downloaded Zaxby's lighting plot from the site and modified it to be brighter.

It's worked pretty well for me! (I have lots of softies)

75g, 40g, and just set up a 15g.
