12 hours is a little much, 8-10 is better.

1 hour blue before whites come on and 1 hour blue after whites go off.

Yea 8-10 sounds better but the are 6 channels/leds on my evergrow it5040 red green moon white blue uv

I'm not familiar with this unit, but keeping red, green and UV on same time schedule as white. Those need to be low, say 10-20%. White at 20-30% and blue at 40-50%.
