Hi so I just got a fluval sea light... I have no idea what to do for my settings for my corals to benefit from the lighting.. I have a lot of sps corals but I'm not sure what percentage to put my lights at for the day and night time... please help!!

What size is the light and how deep is the tank?
I used a 36” on a 18” deep tank and had it fluctuate through the day up to 80% with whites only going 1/2 and everything did very well.
The pic is on a 12” tank now so I dialed everything down by 50% except the blue. Didn’t use a par meter but seems to work
