lighting...what would you use?

I'm setting up a new frag tank to take place of 2 of my others. the tank is 24x48x12. I'm debating on either a tek 36" 6 bulb fixture with 3 blues, 2 purples, and 1 daylight. or 2 x 150 de radiums. My one tank has a 6 bulb t5 over it and all my sps are purple (of course its the stock bulbs that came with the fixture). my other tank has a de 250 phoenix 14k. my main tank has 250 de helio 20k and I love them! my main tank used to have 8 48" t5's, but when i switched to mh's my colors popped!

I'm really torn between the t5's of mh's. mostly because I know t5's would probably be better, but I've never had good luck with t5's and my sps.

Im running T5s but just started using them so cant give you much info on growth and color. My LPS are growing better and look better than with MHs

guess this also might help...frag tank will be full of mostly lps and zoas. couple sps here and there.

I would do the tek then

i use 2 150 watt mh xm 15k, and 2 130 watt pc actinics

IME and from what I've heard from others, MH's promotes better growth...so I would personally set them up for a frag tank, where growing out is obviously the point.

t5 3 blue +, 1 actinic 50/50, 1 fiji kz, 1 6500k ge

i would put more blue. is that all the bulbs you can get?
