Lighting

I have 2 XR30 Gen 2 Radions. What would you recommend for settings for Soft/LPS ? I see the the ones listed in apex, but not sure if they are the correct intensities etc for my radions. I would think they would be more for Gen 3,4 or 5. Tank is standard 75gal
