I started following this a couple of weeks ago. I am amazed with what they are doing. I love the idea of this fish reproducing but I assume it will be a long time before the average joe could buy/afford one of these. I will be following this as well, with great excitement!!!

Yes, Matt Pedersen was at my local club "BostonReefers" meeting last week. He talked alot about the lightning project and the health problems the lightning maroon has gone through over the past 2 years. Its alot of pressure being the guy who is caring for this one of a kind fish and trying to breed it. His hard work is finally paying off and I wish him the best of luck with this and all his other great projects. He is an asset to the hobby and a very nice guy. Thanks Matt.
