Lights for QT?

I am setting up a small, 10G quarantine tank and I'm wondering if it's okay to use these LED's.

I will hopefully be keeping corals such as zoas, mushrooms, kenya tree, devil's finger, birdsnest, and monti cap. Will they be okay under that lighting for one or two weeks?

I actually can't find any fixtures for those. I can only find the bulbs. Where would I get a lamp or a fixture?

Home Depot , Walmart etc .. They screw straight into any regular lamp
