Hello i have a pair of vispectra lights for coral what setting shoul inhabe my blues and whites the go in increments of 10

The vipar spectra settings will depend on the depth of your tank, the mounting height of the lights, the type of corals that you keep, and more, but a common recommendation is to start with settings of 3 and 30 and then adjust from there as you watch to see how your corals adapt.
