"New guys clambering for the stuff", "neophytes", and a lot of "they". They is a four letter word and is synonymous with "you people". This thread has a couple posts that can be considered demeaning. Also, I'd like to point out that a couple of these same posters are "clambering for the stuff". I'd also like to point out that some of these demeaning posts are made by "neophytes". It's all relative and some of you can talk the talk, but not walk the walk and it's evident in some of your posts. I'm just trying to say, let's be a little nicer. We're supposed to be here to help each other. Where will you be after you run all the "neophytes" off? Then you can talk down about yourselves. "Oh, I've been reefing for 21 months and you've only been reefing for 20 months." "So, I'm so much smarter than you are."
