Although I've been a LA/DD fan and frequent customer for quite a while, even I'm getting disappointed with them.
The fact that they've switched to store credit for DOAs, rather than refund, is particularly annoying.
This is all down to being bought by PetCo, I'm quite sure.

It does you just have to note that in the order. There's a note section when you check out and if you have credit write in the note section to apply (insert credit amount). It doesn't show when you complete the order but it's adjusted before the final charge is withdrawn from your method of payment. You have to remember to tell them you hava credit you want applied to the order.
