I recently ordered few items from Liveaquaria. To make free shipping, I added 10 Banded Trochus Snails. Order came in but instead of 10 snails, it only had 5. I sent a message and they are keep insisting that they sent 10 but willing to give me store credit. I can understand store credit if it's s return or DOA but not for missing items. Either send me the missing items or refund since it's your fault, they are completely refusing to do either. I just spent close to $300 and don't have any plans to buy anything in near future.

Imagine this. A business send you incomplete order and forces you to buy again to make it right. Everyone would do that to boast their sales. It's not a big amount but why should I suffer the loss? I didn't make the mistake. Even their shipping email says they sent 5, not 10. We have gone back and forth and once I showed them the screenshot below, they just stopped responding.

I'm done ordering from them. I don't want to get stuck in an endless cycle of orders where they don't send you something and only give you store credit.

Amazing, no response. That tells you what kind of customer service they offer.

This is exactly what we need. I’m just tired of arrogant businesses that think that it’s either their way or the highway. No common sense.

Still no comments from the business. Unbelievable!
