LiveAquaria website down?

Anyone else having issues with @LiveAquaria website? I’m getting 502 bad gateway on Safari and Chrome.

Yeah I just tried to go there too and got an error code. It's mentioned here and someone else reported a couple week ago that their phone number was not working... They have been going downhill for a while now but I never wanted to see them go under.... bummer if they did.

I've found a few people online who were supposed to get orders delivered Friday, but they didn't arrive. I have a large order that's supposed to be shipped out tomorrow. We'll see.

I also believe Oerci absorbed this business into Petco.com. The abrupt shutdown of the site and phone numbers feels like the classic poor handling of a transition.

Check out the comments under their Facebook posts. They're starting to pile up with complaints. One guy said his email to them bounced back. I sent an email to an old address of theirs I had, and it didn't bounce back. No idea if it went anywhere though.

Didn’t see your thread. Appreciate it. If they’re done, it’s definitely sad. The basic reference information they had for the fish was great.

This should say Petco. Not sure how iPhone auto correct got what it got.

I think they're one of the oldest online vendors, sad to see. If they were just having technical issues surely they would have posted a statement somewhere.

Certainly, no loss! They have been terrible since they were first sold… and I’m thinking that it was Petco, that first bought them out, years ago!

Agreed, I have seen an increasing number of horror stories since about that time

They were only good for frozen food. Good variety, dirt cheap ($6 for 16oz mysis or brine) and reasonable overnight shipping $29. I’d buy a years worth of food.
Would never buy livestock from them. Too many horror stories.

Still down for me too. I stopped buying livestock from them once they got rid of the free shipping with build your own clean up crew. But the species info was great for quick reference. It appeared to be the original stuff from when they were good

This is all so weird, at the very least a company closing makes a statement ahead of a closure. This on the other hand is like the whole company along with it's employees were kidnapped and thrown in a hole or the whole operation was seized by authorities lol.
